1. When was C-Edge formed?
C-Edge was incorporated in January, 2006, and commenced business operations from April, 2006.

C-Edge is based at Mumbai (India)
3. How many offices does it have?
At present C-Edge has its only office at Mumbai. However, it is represented in the States of Maharashtra, Karnataka, Kerala and Gujarat also through its appointed business partners. The list of such partners is growing to cover other States.

C-Edge stands for “Cutting-Edge” technology and services that are its forte.
5. Who are the promoters of C-Edge?
C-Edge has been promoted as a Joint Venture of Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.(TCS) and State Bank of India (SBI), with equity stake shared in the ratio of 51:49

7. What is the strength of C-Edge
C-Edge represents a unique synergy drawn by combining technical supremacy commanded by TCS and banking domain leadership for which SBI is known. Together, the parent companies have lent C-Edge their people, processes and best practices. Very few I.T. companies in India can boast of such lineage and strength.
8. How many people does C-Edge employ?
At present C-Edge has staff strength in excess of 200, with personnel contributed by TCS, State Bank Group and the open market.
9. What are the business activities of C-Edge?
C-Edge is principally in the business of providing shared, outsourced, end-to-end Core Banking solution to the co-operative and other small banks in the country. In addition, C-Edge is providing I.T. consultancy services to banking and other financial companies in India and abroad.
C-Edge also provides outsourced services for ATM's and Card Management.
