Mr Ujjwal Mathur, is presently President – India Business & Strategic Accounts – Growth Markets at Tata Consultancy Services Limited and has been associated with TCS for over 30 years and has been in various roles and successful leadership responsibilities. Currently, he is managing India Business, driving, strategy, managing customer relationships, sales and operations for the region and is part of the TCS Senior Management and leadership team. He was Regional Manager for TCS – Boston region and has been instrumental in establishing strategic relationships with clients in the New England Region of US. He was also the e-business Practice Director for APAC region and has helped to position TCS as a transformation partner to many global clients in the region. His academic credentials include a Bachelors degree in Electronics and an Executive Management Degree from IIM Calcutta.

Ms. Prabha Thomas is Vice President and Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at TCS. She heads the Enterprise Risk and Compliance function in this capacity. She is responsible for designing and implementing the ERM framework of TCS, and has risk governance oversight over business units, geographies and functions. She is also responsible for the Enterprise Compliance framework and has oversight over regulatory compliance in all aspects of the business. She is also the Chair of the Covid-19 Apex Committee of TCS. Prior to this, she has managed large IT programs for Global Banks and Financial Institutions, and global enterprise initiatives in TCS. She has rich experience covering program management, large account management, multi-vendor governance, enterprise quality management, business process management, governance, risk and regulatory compliance. Ms. Prabha has been with TCS for 28 years. She is a B-Tech in Computer Science & Engineering and an MBA in Finance & Systems.

Mr. Rao has experience in operational administration while working as Deputy General Manager (Business & Operations) at Siliguri and Infrastructure and operational functions of Retail YONO application, set up by the Data Management Office in June 2019 and he has implemented the Data Governance Framework and Data Management / Data Quality processes across the Bank while working as General Manager & Chief Data Management Officer. Since July 02, 2022, Mr. Rao is heading IT Core & Special Projects as Chief General Manager.
