Z P School is located in Andur, Tuljapur in the district of Dharashiv” The underpriveleged students had to walk to reach the school due to which the students used to quit school. C-Edge with the help of Centre for Transforming India distributed 375 cycles [Pedals of hope] in Dharashiv. This project was called “Pedals of hope” by Centre for Transforming India.
Uttar Purbanchal Janajati Seva Samiti, located in Haflong, Assam, aimed to install “Computer Lab with computer accessories in the school”. They requested funding from C-Edge Technologies Ltd for the above cause and C-Edge approved a total amount of ₹40,21,000/- which was fully utilized by November 2024 to successfully completed the planned work on time.
Lions Club of Bombay Airport Service Fund, Mumbai aimed to do Solar Electrification work in Trombay Public School, located in Trombay. They requested funding from C-Edge Technologies Ltd for the above and C-Edge approved a total amount of ₹27,00,000/- which was fully utilized by December 2023 to successfully complete the planned work on time.
Drishti Samajik Sansthan, located in Lucknow, aimed to install “Training & Rehabilitation of special persons (252 abandoned multiple challenged children from 0 to 18years) Tiling of Dining hall, Kitchen & dormitories. Procurement of beds, benches and chairs.” They requested funding from C-Edge Technologies Ltd for the above. C-Edge Technologies Ltd approved a total amount of ₹24 lakhs, which was fully utilized by June 2024 to successfully complete the planned work on time.
Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, located in Navi Mumbai, aimed to install “Computer Lab with complete infra including printers, security system, desktops and control wall from cybersecurity purview.” They requested funding from C-Edge Technologies Ltd for the above. C-Edge Technologies Ltd approved a total amount of ₹22,08,903/- which was fully utilized by April 2024 to successfully complete the planned work on time.

The purpose of this document is to outline the policies and procedures for Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) for C-edge Technologies Limited (referred to as “C-Edge”).
As per clause 9 of the Rules, CSR Policy of the company and information on CSR expenditure, in the specified format (vide Annexure II) will be required to be disclosed (a) in the Board’s report and (b) in the web-site of the company
The guiding principles of C-edge CSR programmes are “sustainability” and “impact through empowerment” These guiding principles shall run through all the approved CSR projects, within the broad framework of Schedule VII of the Act.
List of activities as covered in Schedule VII are as follows:
(i) Eradicating hunger, poverty and malnutrition, promoting preventive health care and sanitation and making available safe drinking water:
(ii) Promoting education, including special education and employment enhancing vocation skills especially among children, women, elderly, and the differently abled and livelihood enhancement projects;
(iii) Promoting gender equality, empowering women, setting up homes and hostels for women and orphans; setting up old age homes, day care centers and such other facilities for senior citizens and measures for reducing inequalities faced by socially & economically backward groups;
(iv) Ensuring environmental sustainability, ecological balance, protection of flora and fauna, animal welfare, agroforestry, conservation of natural resources and maintaining quality of soil, air and water;
(v) Protection of national heritage, art and culture including restoration of buildings and sites of historical importance and works of art; setting up public libraries; promotion and development of traditional arts and handicrafts:
(vi) Measures for the benefit of armed forces veterans, war widows and their dependents;
(vii) Training to promote rural sports, nationally recognised sports, paralympic sports and Olympic sports;
(viii) Contribution to the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund or any other fund set up by the Central Government for socio-economic development and relief and welfare of the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, other backward classes, minorities and women;
(ix) Contributions or funds provided to technology incubators located within academic institutions which are approved by the Central Government;
